Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, diced apple, cinnamon, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy cold or warm it up in the microwave if preferred.
