Ingredients
- 6 oz Salami
- 6 oz Prosciutto
- 6 oz Capicola
- 4 oz Aged cheddar
- 4 oz Brie
- 4 oz Goat cheese
- 1 cup Fresh grapes
- 1 cup Berries (mixed)
- ½ cup Dried apricots
- ½ cup Almonds
- ½ cup Walnuts
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Honey (for drizzling)
- 8 oz Assorted crackers
- 1 small jar Sweet jams (like fig or peach)
Instructions
- Select a large serving board or platter.
- Arrange the salami, prosciutto, and capicola in groups, folding or rolling them for presentation.
- Cut the aged cheddar and Brie into wedges and place them near the meats.
- Crumble or slice the goat cheese and add it to the board.
- Scatter fresh grapes, mixed berries, and dried apricots in open spaces.
- Add almonds and walnuts for crunch.
- Place assorted crackers in a pile or fan them out on the side.
- Drizzle olive oil and honey over cheeses and fruits.
- Add a small jar of sweet jam for a finishing touch.
