Description

An Artisan Charcuterie Board is a visually appealing mix of meats, cheeses, and fruits, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz Salami
  • 6 oz Prosciutto
  • 6 oz Capicola
  • 4 oz Aged cheddar
  • 4 oz Brie
  • 4 oz Goat cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh grapes
  • 1 cup Berries (mixed)
  • ½ cup Dried apricots
  • ½ cup Almonds
  • ½ cup Walnuts
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)
  • Honey (for drizzling)
  • 8 oz Assorted crackers
  • 1 small jar Sweet jams (like fig or peach)


Instructions

  1. Select a large serving board or platter.
  2. Arrange the salami, prosciutto, and capicola in groups, folding or rolling them for presentation.
  3. Cut the aged cheddar and Brie into wedges and place them near the meats.
  4. Crumble or slice the goat cheese and add it to the board.
  5. Scatter fresh grapes, mixed berries, and dried apricots in open spaces.
  6. Add almonds and walnuts for crunch.
  7. Place assorted crackers in a pile or fan them out on the side.
  8. Drizzle olive oil and honey over cheeses and fruits.
  9. Add a small jar of sweet jam for a finishing touch.
