Description

A quick and delicious dish combining succulent shrimp with a rich garlic butter sauce and crispy Parmesan topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture over the shrimp.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
