A quick and delicious dish combining succulent shrimp with a rich garlic butter sauce and crispy Parmesan topping.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture over the shrimp.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil the shrimp for 1-2 minutes after baking for a golden topping.
