Description

Delicious sliders featuring tender chicken coated in a zesty Bang Bang sauce, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Mini slider buns
  • Lettuce (for topping)
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
  3. Assemble the sliders by placing a spoonful of the Bang Bang chicken on the mini slider buns.
