Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (or more, to taste)
  • 2 cups milk


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and milk.
  2. Stir the mixture well until everything is combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Let it sit for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. When you are ready to enjoy, take the oats out of the fridge and top with your choice of toppings.
