Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk or a milk alternative
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- Chocolate chips (for topping)
- Nuts or seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until well combined.
- If using Greek yogurt, mix it in for extra creaminess.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers for meal prep.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and top with chocolate chips, nuts, or seeds as desired. Enjoy!
