Description

Elegant and easy-to-make charcuterie roses featuring your favorite deli meats and cheeses, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 10 slices Deli meat (e.g., salami, turkey, or roast beef)
  • 2 ounces Cheese (e.g., cream cheese or cheddar) (spreadable)
  • Olives or pickles (for garnish)
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil) (optional for decoration)
  • Crackers or breadsticks (to accompany the roses)

Instructions

  1. Start by spreading a thin layer of your choice of spreadable cheese on each slice of deli meat.
  2. Place the slices of meat on top of each other, overlapping them slightly.
  3. Roll the stack tightly from one end to the other to form a rose shape.
  4. Use a toothpick or small skewer to secure the rose if needed.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining deli meat slices.
  6. Arrange your Charcuterie Roses on a platter.
  7. Add olives or pickles for garnish and sprinkle fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Use different colors and types of deli meats for a vibrant display. Make sure your spreadable cheese is at room temperature for easier spreading.
