Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Optional toppings: avocado, bacon, onions
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- In individual bowls, layer lettuce, cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and pickles.
- Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
- Add any additional toppings as desired.
- Serve immediately or store leftovers for meal prep.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a healthier option. For a vegetarian version, use plant-based ground meat.
