Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Optional toppings: avocado, bacon, onions

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. In individual bowls, layer lettuce, cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and pickles.
  3. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
  4. Add any additional toppings as desired.
  5. Serve immediately or store leftovers for meal prep.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a healthier option. For a vegetarian version, use plant-based ground meat.
