Description
Easy to make and packed with flavor, these wraps combine shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and gooey cheddar cheese, all wrapped in soft tortillas.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garlic aioli until well coated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and mix again.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese over the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese melts.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve.
Notes
Serve warm with extra garlic aioli on the side for dipping. Great with a fresh salad or crunchy veggies.
