Fun and cheesy breadsticks shaped like bones, perfect for Halloween parties or spooky movie nights.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated breadstick dough (11 oz)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (or more as desired)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of refrigerated breadstick dough and gently pull apart the dough into individual pieces.
- Roll each piece of dough into a long, thin shape, making it look like a bone. You can make each bone shaped by pinching both ends.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt.
- Brush this mixture over each shaped breadstick.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the breadsticks.
- Place the shaped breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
