Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shrimp, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, bell peppers, onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the casserole is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
