Description
Delicious and nutritious chocolate protein overnight oats, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2-3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2-3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (and more for topping)
- ¼ cup yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, milk, maple syrup, yogurt, and mini chocolate chips. Stir well to combine.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- When ready to eat, serve with toppings of choice, such as more chocolate chips, jam, berries, and nuts.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Stir before serving and add more milk if too thick.
