Description

A delightful and nutritious treat combining fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and rich chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and combine thoroughly.
  2. Add scoops of the yogurt mixture (about 2 tbsp) to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters, making about 10 clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet with the yogurt clusters in the freezer and freeze until completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Once frozen, melt the chocolate by adding the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl and microwaving in 15-30 second intervals until melted.
  5. Carefully dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring thorough coating, then place them back on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.
  7. Enjoy your Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters!

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate and ensure the yogurt mixture is well combined.
