Description
A delightful and nutritious treat combining fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and rich chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Add the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and combine thoroughly.
- Add scoops of the yogurt mixture (about 2 tbsp) to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters, making about 10 clusters.
- Place the baking sheet with the yogurt clusters in the freezer and freeze until completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
- Once frozen, melt the chocolate by adding the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl and microwaving in 15-30 second intervals until melted.
- Carefully dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring thorough coating, then place them back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.
- Enjoy your Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters!
Notes
For best results, use high-quality chocolate and ensure the yogurt mixture is well combined.
