Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup diced bread (Texas toast or similar)
  • Cooking spray or butter (for greasing the pan)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and diced bread until well mixed.
  4. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set in the middle and lightly golden on top.
