A delightful casserole combining eggs, cheese, and vegetables, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup diced bread (Texas toast or similar)
- Cooking spray or butter (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and diced bread until well mixed.
- Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set in the middle and lightly golden on top.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
