Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Don’t overcook the shrimp; only cook until just pink. Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor. Adding lemon juice can brighten the flavor.
