Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups broccoli florets (optional)
- 2 cups bell pepper slices (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
- If using, add broccoli and bell pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the sauce.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or mushrooms for added flavor and nutrition. Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce based on your taste preference.
