Description

A delightful dish that combines garlic, butter, and shrimp with creamy pasta for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, around 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well to combine.
