Ingredients
- Ground Beef: 1 lb (80/20 fat content recommended)
- Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Garlic Powder: 2 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Black Pepper: 1 tsp
- Refrigerated Biscuit Dough: 2 cans (8 biscuits each)
- Butter: 2 tbsp, melted
- Parmesan Cheese: ½ cup, grated
- Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s fully browned. Drain excess fat, then add 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Stir well.
- Assemble Your Cheeseburger Bombs: Flatten a biscuit in your hand, put a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheddar in the center, fold, and seal.
- Bake the Cheeseburger Bombs: Place filled biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the Parmesan Garlic Topping: Mix melted butter, parmesan, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the bombs when they come out of the oven.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a healthier option. Make sure biscuit dough is well sealed. Customize with different cheeses or toppings.
