Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
- Roast the shrimp in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until they are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
