Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey mixture, diced sweet potatoes, and zucchini. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
