A fun and spooky treat perfect for Halloween parties, these colorful jello shots are sure to impress guests of all ages.
Ingredients
- 1 cup green jello (lime flavor)
- 1 cup red jello (cherry flavor)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vodka (or non-alcoholic substitutes)
- Gummy eyeballs or grapes for garnish
- Plastic shot glasses for serving
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water. Dissolve the green jello powder in the hot water, stirring until fully mixed.
- Add 1 cup of vodka (or non-alcoholic substitute) and let the mixture cool slightly before pouring.
- Fill the plastic shot glasses halfway with the green jello mixture and refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.
- Prepare the red jello by boiling another cup of water and dissolving the red jello powder. Let it cool slightly before gently pouring over the green layer.
- Refrigerate the shots for another 2 hours until fully set.
- Decorate with gummy eyeballs or grapes before serving.
Notes
For a more intense color, use juice instead of water. Allow each layer to set completely before adding the next for the best look.
