Description

A delightful dish that balances sweetness and crunch, featuring crispy shrimp coated in a creamy, sweet sauce and topped with toasted walnuts.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat oil for frying. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, honey, and lemon juice to create the sauce. Set aside.
  2. In another pan, toast the walnuts until golden brown and set aside.
  3. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Fry the shrimp in hot oil until crispy and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In a bowl, combine the fried shrimp and sauce, mixing until the shrimp are well coated.
  5. Top with toasted walnuts and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice or fried rice and add fresh vegetables for color and crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
