Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp toasted pecans, chopped
- 1 tbsp toasted walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the milk and rolled oats together.
- Stir in the brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Divide the oats into two serving containers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Top with pecans and walnuts immediately before serving.
Notes
Serve cold or warm in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add fresh fruits like bananas or berries for extra flavor.
