Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the mayonnaise mixture for a few hours or overnight before baking. Can substitute mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
