Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
