Description

A delicious low carb keto recipe packed with flavor, perfect for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup of chopped spinach
  • ½ cup of diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is brown, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for another 2 minutes until the spinach wilts.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Cover until the cheese is melted.
