Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- ½ cup of diced onions
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is brown, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the skillet. Mix well.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for another 2 minutes until the spinach wilts.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Cover until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a healthier option. You can also add other low-carb veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
