Festive pumpkin-shaped sliders perfect for Halloween parties or family gatherings, customizable with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 soft slider buns (pumpkin-shaped or regular)
- 4 slices cheese (American or cheddar)
- Lettuce leaves as needed
- Sliced tomatoes as needed
- Pickles as needed
- Your choice of condiments (ketchup, mustard, or mayo) as needed
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined. Shape the meat into small patties, making them a little bigger than the buns.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and your favorite condiments. Lastly, place the top half of the bun on each slider.
Notes
Use a cookie cutter for cheese or vegetables to create festive designs. Toasting the buns slightly adds crispness.
