Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or a milk alternative)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the honey if you want it sweeter.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, give them a good stir and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust the sweetness with honey based on your taste. Feel free to add granola or seeds for crunch.
