Ingredients
- Taco shells
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and diced strawberries gently.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
- Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs on top and add extra strawberries for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
