Instructions
- Wash the grapes thoroughly under cool water, removing any stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and lemon juice. Stir well until the sugar starts to dissolve.
- If desired, add citric acid to the mixture and stir again for an extra sour taste.
- Dip each grape into the sugar mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the coated grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the coated grapes for about an hour to help the coating stick better.
