Description

A fun and spooky chocolate fudge treat perfect for Halloween or any gathering, featuring a hint of marshmallow and crushed cookies.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup crushed Oreos or chocolate cookies (optional)
  • To taste blood-red sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in mini marshmallows and crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle blood-red sprinkles on top for decoration.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze the fudge separated by parchment paper.
