A fun and spooky chocolate fudge treat perfect for Halloween or any gathering, featuring a hint of marshmallow and crushed cookies.
Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup crushed Oreos or chocolate cookies (optional)
- To taste blood-red sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in mini marshmallows and crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle blood-red sprinkles on top for decoration.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze the fudge separated by parchment paper.
